2. Service description

Divarnuk provides educational content focused on sheep farming, wool production processes, sustainability practices, and general market context with an Ireland centered perspective. The Site may include articles, interactive diagrams, checklists, and explanatory materials designed to help visitors understand production steps and form better due diligence questions when evaluating agricultural operations.

The Site does not provide individualized financial, legal, tax, veterinary, or investment advice. Any examples, scenarios, or operational observations are provided for general informational purposes only. Agriculture and commodities involve risk and uncertainty. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Site.

We may update, add, remove, or change any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific topic, feature, or content will remain available. 3. User obligations

5. Prohibited activities

You may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site, attempts to access non-public areas, or compromises the security or integrity of the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divarnuk disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including any references to market context, prices, operational outcomes, or third-party practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divarnuk and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divarnuk's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount you paid to Divarnuk for access to the Site in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 EUR.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where applicable.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Divarnuk and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Third party links

The Site may reference third-party tools or services in a descriptive way (for example, analytics or advertising platforms) or discuss external market and production concepts. Any third-party services are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

You agree that the courts of Dublin, Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply.

12. Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. This informal resolution period begins when we receive your written notice describing the issue and the relief you seek.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue a claim in the courts identified in the Governing Law section above, unless a different venue is required by applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we determine that your use creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Prohibited Activities, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Contact.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after we post the updated Terms on this page. If changes are material, we may also provide a notice on the homepage during the notice period.

Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of an updated version constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.
